The Fifth Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) of the SUDTE aiming to reach the digital transformation for the Erasmus mobility management process and makig it faster was hosted by European University Foundation on May 2, 2023 in Brussel. During the meeting, the stages of the project, the latest situation in intellectual outputs, shortcomings and dissemination activities were discussed before the final conference. All the project partners discussed of the goals achieved, the things that were accomplished until the meeting in EUF and the details of the sustainability plans were organized as future work. The meeting focused heavily on the dissemination activities and sustainability planning carried out and to be carried out within the scope of the Project, and a roadmap was determined. Details such as project budget, completed activities, determination of the calendar of tests to be performed were also discussed at the meeting.
